Satan has spoken. Anton LaVey is master and the true Son of Satan. Let no others come before him. For he is the way the, the truth and the darkness.

The only Unholy Book is The Satanic Bible. Read no other writings. To read other books is to blaspheme against the Great Doktor LaVey. You must follow the Rules of The Earth and Satanic Statements to the letter. To fail to do so, will result in you experiencing the torture that is known as Heaven. All answers to life's questions lie in the pages of The Satanic Bible. Do not ask questions. LaVey had all answers.

You must pray to LaVey regularly. Satan cannot receive your prayers directly. End all prayers to The Dark Lord with: In Anton LaVey's name I pray. Unamen. If you fail to do this Satan will not receive your prayers and you will be considered Holy.

All blasphemers that refuse to accept Doktor LaVey as their prophet, shall be cast into heaven. Satan is only looking for the chosen few that accept LaVey as his son. When Satan and LaVey return to the Earth at the end of the great tribulation, all who denied LaVey will be judged.

You will never be as Unholy as LaVey. You must constantly strive to get close to his greatness. No man can be as connected to Satan as he was. Emulate LaVey and you may come as close as a mere mortal can to true unholiness.

Satanists, are obsessed with owning the language. Nothing more. This is a disease of the mind. The argument 'Satanism can't mean anything', (and many have joined this discussion here and elswhere - to tackle it head on), could serve us all to consider.

What is the Satanist defending when they say: Satanism can't mean anything? Many fight tooth and nail to tell others they can't use the term Satan, anyway they so choose. Oh yeah? I say, it can!

Even this:
"A Satanist is an individual (but not every individual is a Satanist).
A Satanist holds the Prince of Darkness as the model for his personal initiation.
A Satanist strives to remove all mental and physical boundaries that prohibit his growth as an individual." [Quoted User 4/27/11: Nyarlathotep]

Can not be universally true for all Satanists.

By wagging fingers and saying: But LaVey did it first! Is poppycock! There were many Libertines before LaVey and his 'borrowed' philosophy that were likened to the devil in any form!

There is only ONE thing, Satanists can agree upon: It's the common attributes that the symbol Satan *can* represent. Even if there are many attached that they cannot agree upon.

This Satan, belongs to us all.

Can anyone live as the Satan? I believe, much like the energy flow in Tantra, each person slips in and out of a LHP existence. Depending on the context they know when to be Shatki, and when to be Shiva.

When a RHPr doesn't stay passive, the fingers go a pointing don't they?

It's all 'Look, look! They are hypocrites!' And this makes me laugh a hearty chuckle. What ignorant disease man is plagued with, to believe that man can exist in truly one a singluar existence!

When we are pigeonholed to give with the right hand, and take with the left hand - what the hell does that mean anyway? It's all GIVE AND TAKE!

Some would argue, that clear difference is that a RHP person, or more specifically a Satanist would never.... [fill in the blank]

Oh yah? And when that 'never' is manifested and regularly? What then?

Should this person, shirk the label? Remove themselves from the LHP? Or will they be removed by nothing more than peer recognition?

Take a step back, look at the pioneers of the 'Satanic sub-culture'. By today's generation of Satanists, they have become nothing more than the parodies that the Satanic New-Ager, points and laughs at. They have lost nothing, but recognition. And I'm sure they cry themselves to sleep at night over it too. *smirk*

They go on living, as they always had been. Just as each of us, will go on living, even with out the *cough* recognition of our 'peers'.

I consider very few, if anyone my peer. I do however enjoy the diversity of the human animal. Every archetype, every want, every need, and it's all part of our humanity - whether we care to admit that to ourselves or not.

The disease is our humanity, it's not religion. Religion, is simply a biproduct of our humanity.

I study all religions. I interract with all peoples. In fact, my grotto is not exclusively 'Satanic', its diverse and I don't discrimminate.

More recently, I've put it on Sabbatical while I restructure for the Spring/Summer season. I don't like things to stagnate, and I was sensing the stagnation- so I shake things up a bit.

Yesterday I was upset. I posted a blog here including an extract from the comments of a blog on SIN of what I can only describe as a lynching by a pack of animals of another human being. Regardless of the story behind this lynching, I was revolted by it and I copied it for posterity as a useful case study of the darker side of the LHP, if indeed this is supposed to be a part of LHP.

I deleted that post here after I calmed down a bit, but it is on my personal external blog site here if you want to read it.

This is not so much about SIN, as to those that walk the Left Hand Path everywhere who seem to think this is the total sum of what LHP is about. It is not. It never was. It never will be. Why? Why I ask myself are these people even associating themselves with the LHP? What has that lynching got to do with LHP?

Today, on the Luciferian Research Society forum a question was asked about which tarot card best represented myself. I selected the SUN, and came across this story on the internet related to this card:

The Fool wakes at dawn from his long, dark night of the soul to find that the river has deposited him in a serene pool. There is a walled garden around this pond dominated by roses, lilies and splendid, nodding sunflowers. Stepping ashore, he watches the sun rise overhead. The day is clear. A child's laughter attracts his attention and he sees a little boy ride a small white pony into the garden.

"Come!" says the little boy, leaping off the horse and running up to him. "Come see!" And the child proceeds to take the Fool's hand and enthusiastically point out all manner of things, the busy insects in the grass, the seeds and petals on the sunflowers, the way the light sparkles on the pond. He asks questions of the Fool, simple but profound ones, like "Why is the sky blue?" He sings songs, and plays games with the Fool.

At one point the Fool stops, blinking up at the Sun so large and golden overhead, and he finds himself smiling, wider and brighter than he has in a very long time. He has been tested and tried, confused and scared, dismayed and amazed. But this is the first time that he has been simply and purely happy. His mind feels illuminated, his soul light and bright as a sunbeam, and it's all thanks to this child with his simple questions, games and songs. This boy has helped the Fool see the world and himself anew.

"Who are you?" the Fool asks the child at last. The child smiles at this and seems to shine. And then he grows brighter and brighter until he turns into pure sunlight.

"I'm You," the boy's voice says throughout the garden, "The new you." And as the words fill the Fool with warmth and energy, he comes to realize that this garden, the sun above, the child, all exist within him. He has just met his own inner light.

The above story represents for me what LHP should be about.

I've been introducing television into Briella Emerald's little world.  She'll be 1 year old in six days.  For the past couple weeks I've roller her highchair in view of the TV while I feed her, putting on bright, colorful, educational kid shows like Sesame Street, Dinosaur Train, etc.  My thinking is that exposure (in small doses) will quicken or enhance her development.  She'll usually watch it with mild interest while I spoon feed her baby food.  Every once in awhile, she'll react to something happening on the screen... but not often.

This being Saturday, I felt like putting on the anime cartoon Yu-gi-oh, or possibly a spin-off show from that brand.  During a commercial break, I saw something really cool:  an ad for Test Tube Aliens.  There's a clear cylinder, inside is a little cocoon which dissolves over time when you add water and some white powder.  An alien appears and begins to grow.  Each one looked like a kind of baby monster - very colorful and weird.  One of them even looks like the Martian grasshopper race from Quatermass and the Pit!

Just the idea alone is pretty cool.  Then, I read the backstory:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Test_Tube_Aliens

What is this concept preparing children for?  The return of the Great Old Ones?  Perhaps...

This statement is the core of my philosophy:

I am the Most Self-Centered and Selfish Person in the World.

I am self-centered. Left, Right, Up and Down only make sense in relation to my position in space. Wherever I go, there I am. I am quite literally the living center of my own world.

Whenever I look into the world, I see myself. All my perceptions are based on my own point of view -- which is the only view I can have. Even if I were to pretend to have the view of someone else, I am basing that view on my own view of that person.

It's all my own bullshit, and I can smell it.

I am selfish. There is no such thing as altruism. I am incapable of putting my interests before the interests of anyone else. Even if I were to sacrifice myself to save the planet, that would be a selfish act -- to do this requires that I want the planet to survive instead of myself, in which case I have served my own interest.

Everyting I do, I do selfishly.

Anything else is self-deception. At worst, it's self-denial.

How would you characterize someone who, on the one hand, claims supreme authority, demands absolute obedience, and punishes the slightest disobedience with agonizing torture, BUT, on the other hand, has been known to voluntarily subject themselves to humiliation, degradation and agonizing torture? In BDSM terminology, that person would be called a "switch". In Biblical terminology, that person would be called "God".

Respect peoples religions. It may be the only security they have. People without security have a tendency to cheap shot and attack to gain security. In other words, without the religion, you become a threat. Because religion is often deeply rooted in a personal myth, by challenging their religion — you are a threat to their very identity."

The Wiki link is helpful, but I think it needs a lot of work.

What is this nonsense for instance?

I find, that taking this position, puts emphasis on walking on egg shells around other people and their religions. And, each of us have different ideas of respect, and how to handle people with unstable senses of self and security.

For a short time I thought MySatan social forum was doomed, as it was full of trolls and lacked much activity, the key admin who kept it together I thought may quit and then it would die. It was sugercubez of the ONA who finally set the ball rolling by saying the admins of MySatan should do something. The owner of MySatan agreed and gave the admins of that site the powers of a god to deal with trolls, powers they lacked before.

An ONA style culling operation has been going on within MySatan and the admins have killed trolls if they so much as stick their heads above the bridge. The culling of dead wood is also going on so the total of subscribers has fallen from over 1900 to less than 1700 so far, with a likely result of less than 1000 being left alive by the end of the cull.

A troll tried to play games with me yesterday on MySatan, and I refused to play along, but his actions revealed him as a troll and he and one other account was killed by the MySatan admins. These troll deaths have nothing to do with me, they were the agents of their own destruction.

I have a great respect for the ONA paradigm, but there is an aspect of ONA that I dislike, the trolls. The two MySatan trolls were ONA. The troll running around CoC at the moment is also ONA. Yes, ONA do a great service to LHP by calling out the likes of Valentine and Blackwood, but they do no justice by attacking beneficial sites like MySatan or Cult of Cthulhu. I can it appears see deeper into individuals and groups than most ONA and CoC should not be a target, nor should VS.

CoC for the low numbers produce high quality output. Against SIN the quality output here on CoC of a few hundred individuals against 1300 SIN like for like is 5 to 1, and the output (quantity) of SIN whilst far higher is inane and dead (low quality cr&p).

I think admins of CoC have been remarkably laid back and too accommodating to trolls who are coming in mainly from ONA and SIN. What is happening is like some vagrant coming in from the street and having a sh*t in the middle of an art gallery floor and then smearing it all over the walls and paintings. The experience of having to see sh*t all over an art gallery paintings and walls is not something I prefer when I visit art galleries, and nor do I like this in CoC. The axe is in the corner, use with maximum prejudice.

Greetings CoC social network users,

At this moment, I am poised to usurp those areas of the ONA which are racist and anti-semitic. Once those portions or Nexions of the ONA are under my control, I will purge the wasteful, negative, hate-mongering B.S. right out of them. I have the blessing of many ONA individuals. The only ones standing in our way are just a few neo-Nazi trolls.

Consider this an extension of my LHP Jihad. Weeding modern satanism out of the LHP was step 1. Breaking the ONA, at least those racist parts, is step 2. Step 3 will be revealed soon...

This weekend, I'll not only ritualize my ONA absorption, but will also be capturing it on video for all to see. After that event, certain aforementioned aspects of the ONA will be purged and the entire organization will be seen, more or less, as a division of our quantum religion, the Cult of Cthulhu.

Well my wife just figured out that I'm a "devil worshiper" and just had a long stern "talk" with me about the evils of trafficking with daemons... She said it cost a man his life and his family when the daemons "collected their price..." Not sure how to explain to her that belief is reality and that what I do is perfectly safe, but as long as I call them "gods" and not "daemons", she is okay with what I do... Evidently, she doesn't want me to own any Luciferian or Satanist doctrines... This is gonna be a little on the tricky side, but theoretically not impossible as my wordings must be careful. I really don't want to lose her, but how can I explain these things to her?

When someone settles on belief... those who say they believe this or that to be true, they may have just then, at that moment, (ultimately) lessened/weakend their potential, knowledge and value ( i say value because your intelligence and knowledge isnt only important to you alone) from otherwise peeking for themselves. This may seem harsh, i know, but its true. They are relying on pistis (faith) instead of doing the works necessary to reveal the truth.

Its in these works that are required which will ultimately build and fortify his/her intelligence, potential, value and knowledge ect...ect..so on and so forth.

Only a fool mistakes knowlege for intelligence.

The hardwon work of the individual is what builds the initiate. It not only builds but strengthens her intelligence level and capabilities so he/she may harbor "more" knowledge, the knowledge thats necessary to create. Searching to find more permanent and efficient ways, previously unknown, to anchor knowledge. After all...everything we do is to create. (My personal theory anyway) Theres not one thing we do that doesnt create some sort of situation, outcome, reaction, goal...ect. Creation isnt just for the artist, but all of us. And through the work the alternate knowledges are found.

Belief is for the lazy and incompetent. Without knowing first hand you know nothing. Do the work necessary to know the truth if, of course, its the truth your seeking. Belief and faith are easy to adopt as truths... but its not the "easy" us on the left are seeking. We, genuine LHP practitioners and seekers of Initiation, are not known for this, Initiation is not an easy thing, it can be absolutely excruciating and demanding...enveloping your entire life... sometimes it demands too much from me. Ruining or interupting relationships, occupation and structured education (schoolng/college). It not easy by far, otherwise everyone would be treading the path sinister.

Studying the occult requires hard work. Especially if you are like me and not only study it but practice as well. Sometimes it involves crawlng around on your belly dusting off old books in the local libraries basement or climbing into an attic out witting spiders for your grandfathers occult manifest he took back from Germany during WWII.

The path we tread is not easy and settling for belief just doesnt cut it in our feild. It could mean a rituals positive outcome, that fine line for the working to actually work. But theres so many more reason to know first hand. Do the math on how important truth is to you. For some it may not be important...it is for me.

But belief is not enough...i say its the death of intelligence and knowledge for great reasons. Think...how many times have you went looking or reading for a truth and were side tracked along the way and found dozens of other things, you never knew you were looking for, on the way of your initial inquest which stemmed and branch off into many other conquests and journeys? You'll feel like Indiana Jones, hell... If your motivated and ambitious enough you could find yourself swinging a damn machette on a personal crusade. You end up obtaining boatloads of information you never knew prior...just from seeking out "one" truth for yourself? When of course you could have just believed it when you just assumed it so or because someone elses best friends roomate read it somewhere and thought so too.

Its the intelligence expansion and alterate knowledges you obtain while on the path of seeking the truth. ;)

Hence...why belief is indeed the death of knowledge and intelligence.

"On hearing of the Way, the best of men
Will earnestly explore its length.
The mediocre person learns of it
And takes it up and sets it down.
But vulgar people, when they hear the news,
Will laugh out loud, and if they did not laugh,
It would not be the Way."

"Knowing others is wisdom;
Knowing the self is enlightenment.
Mastering others requires force;
Mastering the self requires strength;

Perseverance is a sign of will power.
He who stays where he is endures.
To die but not to perish is to be eternally present."

"Satanism in Profane Hands

The current generation of Satanists and Satanic organizations is a sad state of affairs. There’s more verbal diarrhea in Satanist forums than thoughtful exchange of ideas. Most Satanists can’t take criticism and can’t resist criticizing others. Perhaps that’s because Satanism is not only appreciated by misfits, outsiders, and dark occultists…but people of an adolescent mindset. I happen to think the secularization of Satanism is making the problem worse. Yes, Satanism is swiftly falling into profane hands.

Popularity! O, to be popular and well-liked. Currying the favor of the masses is always a mistake. Anything that quickly catches on should be carefully scrutinized because there can be only one cause. That which abruptly flourishes must appeal to man’s basest instincts. It signals the quick and easy route to self-satisfaction. And while indulgence is a wonderful thing, the road to get there should not be effortless.

This means that a group which is actually accomplishing something should be rather unpopular, shouldn’t it? And why is that? Because work is unpopular; making real-world efforts to create change for the better is difficult and unrewarding in the short term. Instant gratification is popular, applying oneself slowly and surely is almost vilified in today’s society. So, it’s no wonder that worthless groups are more popular than their counterparts which make a slow and steady difference in the world.

Let me ask you Satanists something…Is your organization fascist? Is it mob-rule under a dictator’s oppression? Are there insecure, “elite” intellectuals at the top and confident, overly-aggressive gorillas at the bottom? Is your group intolerant, vindictive, dogmatic, close-minded, insular, hateful, and paranoid? Does the “leadership” refuse to lead its members anywhere fruitful, but instead loudly proclaim some impotent party line?

Any misanthrope knows that human beings disappoint. Man has infinite potential and utterly squanders this potential on a daily basis. He is short-sighted and greedy, like an animal. Luckily, there is the possibility for something better. Human beings have superior qualities, faculties which he somehow possesses that lift him above the common beast. These noble aspects are usually well hidden, but they do exist.

What I’m saying is that a religious group needs to approach its very existence with caution. Religious groups need a reason to exist. That reason should be linked with a higher cause; not man’s coarsest, most contemptible drives.

So, if lowest common denominator man is creating an organization, then it’s safe to assume that it will be disappointing as well. Then how does one safeguard against adding yet more garbage to the refuse pile of churches and leagues? Spiritual foundation!

Imagine building a house without an architect. No architect, no architect’s plan. No architect’s plan and suddenly everyone is running around with incongruent ideas about how this house should be built. Naturally, this architect is a metaphor for Satan (although any God or Godlike entity will do). This grand designer has an overall plan, but that alone is not enough. To build a house, one also needs a general contractor – someone to watch and supervise the house’s construction, making sure that the laborers are following the architect’s plan.

So we have Satan (the architect) and the High Priest (the general contractor), along with priests, acolytes, bishops, etc. (various micro-managing supervisors). I’m not saying that one is better than another because obviously the general contractor is nothing without the painters, plumbers, and electricians.

Unfortunately, modern Satanism is starting to become known as atheistic Satanism. Without a religious aspect to keep a group cohesive and focused, organizations have to find alternative means. Otherwise, there would be nothing holding an organization together. Every collective needs a unifying force, and if this force is not spiritual (what I mean by spiritual is a purpose beyond man’s basest desires), then it is solely material. Very materialist which means we’re talking about power and control over others, putting “the group” on a pedestal to be worshiped as God. And this new Godlike group which can do no wrong is now a haven for arrogant, power mongering egoists.

Every successful organization needs a goal or mission statement. With or without a goal, groups will create some kind of agenda of their own. That’s just the nature of things. It’s better to consciously address the reason for creating an organization in the first place. And along the way, these goals need to be re-examined. Is the group actively pursuing that goal or has their mission statement gone by the wayside?

Most Satanists and Satanic organizations lack quality goals. And it’s no wonder because once you take Satan out of the equation, then all you have is a bunch of human beings – each with their own needs, desires, neuroses, and agendas. There is nothing to unify the group. Nothing is crystallized. Well-meaning intentions and a solid philosophy will only take a group so far.

Satanism is a religion. Some may say it’s a religion of flesh. Some believe it to be a religion of darkness and the unknown. Others think it’s a religion of power or maybe fear. Satanism is probably all of these, actually. However, taking away the religious element leaves it crippled…a mere socio-political philosophy, a disgruntled pack of humans with a common aesthetic. Nothing more!

Now, I’m not about to proselytize theistic Satanism because there’s problems with that too. Satanists who want nothing more than to worship Satan and sublimate themselves to some Godlike being are not truly following the Satanic code either. Satanist groups that create an entire paradigm of overly religious, bureaucratic celestial nonsense are just as bad as Satanic atheists. Satanism is not the colorful pageantry of Catholicism except reversed. Just because Satanism is a religion doesn’t mean that Satanists should treat their religion in the same way that conventional religions do. A Satanist views Satan as his brother and friend, not something to be enslaved by.

Recognizing a Godlike force such as Satan, and allowing oneself to be influenced by this higher power, is enough. Satanism is above humanism. There is something special about it, something sacred. Can Satanism not enjoy something between the ivory tower and the muck in the street? We need a degree of realistic practicality, but we also need to set our sights on nobler endeavors. Somewhere between man and God is the Superman, as Nietzsche wrote. Satanism is the religion of the Superman. Neither totally mundane nor divine, human beings must traverse the bridge. We must be tried by the fire. Our religion takes man as he is…a flawed being. These “flaws” can be our strength or man’s downfall. It depends on the individual and his behavior. Satanists, by their very nature, should be constantly self-improving. Satanism is the religion of evolution.

The Satanic Code

1.Satanists take an active role. They live by their own set of rules, trying to get the most out of life. Satanism is an aggressive religion and Satanists focus on obtaining their desires.

2.Satanism is open-minded. While skeptical, the Satanist knows that he doesn’t have all the answers; there are many things unknown to him. The world doesn’t make sense. It’s only through individual realities that the Satanist can understand the world and his place within it.

3.Satanism is closely tied to the ego. This character (or perhaps character flaw) defines Satanism. Individualism is a strength, but it has limitations. The Satanist’s Will flows from the ego. He recognizes that part of the universe revolves around him; however, the Satanist should remember that it is only a small part. Yes, there is a greater power outside!

-March 6,2010, Venger Satanis"

Consider how much power an Egregor is given with plural belief, vs. singular belief.

I added an example to the Memetics group yesterday:

http://cultofcthulhu.wall.fm/forum/topic/174

500 years, and going strong. The Llorona is fueled by masses of believers. The cohesion of group belief and effort, shapes the reality of an entire culture. This is just one example, there are many I can think of.

Now imagine taking the individual beliefs, to a group for cohesion of belief to manifest reality. While we are individuals, and may want different things in our own realities, we can find some commonalities - as humans often do. It is there, in the organization of chaos, that we might benefit.

Belief as Reality - this single idea can be instrumental in inspiring you to act in your own life. This idea, is lended support by many minds, vs. one mind. A group belief, vs. a solitary belief. Imagine what impact a belief can have on culture. Imagine it. Believe in it. Make it manifest. Your WILL in action.

What would a free man do?

What would an awakened man do?

What would Satan do?

Take it back. Take back Satan. Hang no white flag upon your door.
